Our company founders began their electric powertrain journeys almost two decades ago and have since built extensive experience in developing complete powertrains, smart control systems and power electronics for mobile work machines.

Hevtec is a privately held company that has been providing cutting edge electrification services and electric and hybrid powertrain solutions for mobile machinery manufacturers since 2017.
What is an independent system integrator?

This independence is what allows us to design powertrains that are genuinely optimised for the machine, the duty cycle, and the operator. During our careers, we have worked with a broad range of technologies — from Li-ion and supercapacitor systems to electric motors and power electronics — which means the recommendations are always based on what works best for the system as a whole.

We work with OEMs wherever they are in their electrification work.
Large OEMs with in-house engineering teams typically bring us in for specific technical challenges: a component class outside their existing expertise, a novel integration problem, or a project where the stakes are too high for a learning curve.
Mid-size OEMs often have strong mechanical domain knowledge and need a dedicated technical partner for the electric powertrain side. We become that partner for the duration of the project and beyond.
Smaller OEMs typically need a more complete system delivery: a working electric powertrain, ready to install, with the documentation and support to keep it running.
